- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 450g lean minced beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 115g mushrooms, sliced
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 150ml cold water
Directions Step 1: Heat the oil and brown the mince and onion in a pan. Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 mins.
Step 2: Mix the Colman's seasoning with water and add to the pan. Stir in the tomatoes and the puree and simmer for 15 mins.
Serve with spaghetti and enjoy!
