- 1 sachet Colman's Chicken Chasseur Seasoning Mix
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 skinless chicken portions
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 115g button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 425ml cold water
Directions Step 1: Fry the chicken and onions with the oil in a pan until browned.
Step 2: Mix the Colman's seasoning with water and add to the dish. Spoon into an ovenproof dish with the mushrooms.
Step 3: Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hr. Oven 180°C, fan assisted 170°C, Gas 4.
Serve with with favorite sides and enjoy!
