Available Shipping Methods
We use Parcelforce Global Express as our primary carrier on all international shipments.
Shipping Rates will be calculated at checkout but you can find a full list of shipping rates HERE
All orders are dispatched same day Monday - Friday
Please be aware the above prices are for shipping only, and do not include any additional costs applied by the carrier on delivery such as storage, additional clearance costs, tax or duties.
Delivery
Please ensure you double check your name, address, Apartment number and phone number before confirming your order. Incorrect information may cause delays and extra charges from delivery companies.
Goods for personal use: All orders are to residential addresses. If customs deem that goods are not for personal use there may be a delay in customs clearance.
If goods are unable to be delivered they will be returned or disposed.
If your package is damaged upon delivery please take at least 4 photos of the entire package before opening. Please note we do not offer refunds for packaging damages as per our refund policy
Important information about heat sensitive and sealed containers:
Chocolate and heat sensitive items
Please note that chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit or at the delivery destination. While we exercise caution during the packaging process, we cannot guarantee that these items will arrive in their optimal condition. By selecting our services, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential heat-related changes, such as melting or softening, and understand that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for such occurrences.
Sealed containers
Some items sold through our store are packaged in sealed containers (e.g. Horlicks, Cadbury Drinking chocolate Vegan Wondershake, etc.). Due to changes in air pressure during international air freight, these products may be affected during transit. In rare cases, this may result in minor leakage or the contents being released unexpectedly upon opening, even if the external packaging appears undamaged. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We take all reasonable precautions when packing these products but cannot guarantee against pressure-related issues that occur in transit.
About Duties & Taxes
At My British Supermarket, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible—no matter where in the world you are. To help avoid any unexpected delays or additional fees, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
For Shipments to the European Union countries we pay all taxes and there is no duty payable up to the value of €150.00. If you order exceeds the €150.00 the receiver will be responsible for any additional duty owed.
For countries outside of the EU since each country has its own rules regarding what is allowed and what may be subject to duties, taxes or restrictions. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we suggest consulting your local customs office if needed.
Orders shipped from My British Supermarket are typically considered for personal use, especially in small quantities. However, if your order exceeds the value or volume limits set by your country, customs charges may apply. These are determined by your local customs authority and may be due at the time of delivery.
Please be aware that while we strive to help you navigate the process, My British Supermarket cannot take responsibility for items delayed, held, or restricted by customs in your country.
