Our Return & Refund Policy

Due to us being based overseas we DO NOT provide a returns service, but instead offer refunds & store credits.

We have a 3-day money back policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be

  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • At least 4 photos of the product damage or date
  • Full description of damage or fault

Important: We do not accept returns or refunds for packaging damage. Although we endeavour to provide the most secure packaging for your product, boxes may sometimes take minor damage during transit.

Unless the physical product has spilled, broken or compromised, we will be unable to process your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important

Some of our items are chocolate. During transport chocolate may change its colour due to the temperature.
